Registration Notification
This means that if you are a holder of a LOG BOOK authorised by the Club and the stamping of your LOG BOOK expires 23/7/23, then this notification relates to YOU
Club members and holders of a Log Book authorised by the Club for Prescribed Left Hand Drive and Historic (i.e. Right Hand Drive) and Street Rod Vehicles are notified that the stamping/signing of Log Books and the renewal of membership for the 2023/24 year can be done via the following methods:

Note: If you have multiple Log Books then the cost for stamping is $30/book/year for book one and other Log Books will be stamped for a cost of $20/book/year.

Whilst the available Log Book days 8th July and 15th July 2023 have lapsed, you can now arrange your membership renewal and Log Book stamping by direct depositing your fees to the Club account, and posting your Log Book to the Club where stamping will be arranged and your book returned by post.
Alternatively, you can attend future Monthly Club Meetings where your Membership and Log Book renewal can be undertaken or contact Kym Turner (0408 088 470 – Image Classic Cars Pooraka) or Denis Munden (0417 842 904 – Autocraft Collision Repairs Lonsdale) or Tony Kilvington (0401 123 931) who will provide further options for you.

What do YOU need to bring to the Inspection day?
Your vehicle for inspection IF a new Log Book is required (i.e. every 3 years).
Your Log Book for each vehicle on Club Registration.
A copy of the Left Hand Drive Exemption OR a copy of the Statement of Requirements for a RHD/Historic Vehicle must be presented for ALL vehicles on Club Registration listed by the Club UNLESS the Club already has a copy.
A copy of the registration for each vehicle on Club Registration.
Your Driver’s Licence
If this is your first Inspection Day, you will need to bring 100 points of identification (i.e. Passport, Driver’s Licence, Medicare Card, Credit Card etc.) before a Log Book is issued.
The Log Book renewal fee for 2023/24 remains at $30/book. If member has a second or more vehicles on Club Registration, a fee of $20/book/year will apply. Card facilities are available on the day.
NOTE: If your Log Book has already been stamped to 24/7/2024, then your stamping has been recorded and there is no need for your attendance.
If your Membership Card has been dated 24/7/2024, then your membership renewal has been recorded and there is no need for your attendance.
